Thank you for visiting and shopping at Primary Scriptures. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Periodically, there are shipping delays. In such an instance, we will post a notification on the website. Please check the website banner before purchasing to see if there are any such delays.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please check the tracking link that came with your order confirmation.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Primary Scriptures ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and verifiable APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure that you enter your address correctly, as any returns due to an invalid address will result in extra shipping charges.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

Wrong Address

Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address will be subject to a $10 processing fee + shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Primary Scriptures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Primary Scriptures is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, document all unopened packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If you receive a confirmation that your order has been delivered, but you did not receive the package, please wait up to 7 business days for the package to arrive. If after 7 business days, file a stolen package claim with the shipment carrier.
